Provoke conversation through imagination
TikTok is a PM-heavy company, and most projects are driven by data. During my onboarding, I had the opportunity to share my thoughts on TikTok products. In addition to creating a "QA" report document, I undertook a small side project called the "TikTok Concept Campaign." This initiative aimed to encourage all roles to think boldly and innovatively, without being constrained by data, trends, or even technology. The idea was to imagine what the ideal TikTok could look like, whether as a simple concept or a fragment. The goal was to spark dialogue among different team members and ensure TikTok remains vibrant and dynamic.
In about 1 week, I created this demo project. With the desktop widget and the TikTok card, the project aimed to achieve one core goal: to encourage users to create.
